This fully furnished first floor apartment has 10 foot ceilings, brand new hardwood floors, new kitchen countertops and appliances while still holding on to the Victorian era charm. You’ll have 2 spacious bedrooms each with Casper queen beds, 1 bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination along with a dining room that is perfect for game night, space to work remotely or hosting family members & friends for a home cooked meal. We recently installed air conditioning which is very necessary in the summer months in western New York.

The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking essentials such as: frying pans, pots, cookie sheet, a coffee maker, salt, pepper and butter.
All essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, hangers, hair dryer, iron and extra toilet paper, towels & bed sheets are provided to ensure a convenient stay.
You have access to the washer / dryer located in the building and a full backyard.
This space is the perfect location and walking distance to SUNY / Fredonia, 1 mile from Lake Erie and across the street from the shopping plaza for any last minute items you might need.
